Beautiful ocean views from the villa.
The check-in process was quite abrupt and unfriendly. Our ocean view room had no ocean view. instead, we faced a neighboring apartment. The room felt old and was not well-maintained, with noticeable patchwork painting and even a gecko lurking inside. The bed was incredibly firm and very uncomfortable, which made for a poor night's sleep.

The furnishings in the villa are tired, a thorough renovation is due!!! Noise from the pump station disrupted our stay, and the grounds could definitely use more care!!!

Had an amazing time with my friends! We chilled at the beach and explored the nearby Hoi An and the stunning Ba Na Hills. The beachfront villa was spacious, and the large pool was perfect for relaxing after our adventures. Just a heads up, make sure to book the room close to the beach for best access!
The only downside was the condition of the bathrooms, which definitely need some upgrades. It affected our overall experience a bit.
